Our Paulaner brewmasters choose only the best raw ingredients from our region: Hops from the Hallertau, our own yeast culture, selected brewing malt from our region and pure, soft water from our own deep wells. The better the ingredients, the better the beer. That is why our brewmasters test the ingredients thoroughly at regular intervals. They personally watch over the success and progress of the harvest in the growing regions. In doing so, they rely on their experience and on their fine sense for the products.
