We’re excited to announce Bergseth Bros. partnership with Elm Creek Brewing Co.

Elm Creek Brewing Co. was founded by Wade and Mitch Carlson and is located 25 minutes northwest of Minneapolis in the suburb of Champlin.

Elm Creek is a family-owned business that focuses on keeping a fresh variety of beers for our patrons to enjoy.

We opened in June of 2020 with a 5 BBL system and within a year and a half outgrew our old equipment and upgraded to a 15 BBL system.

You can expect Crisp and Clean Lagers, Juicy IPA’s and Delicious Sours as well as a large variety of other beers as well.
