Snowstorm 2025 is here and this year’s style is a dark, hoppy, winter lager inspired by German-style dark lagers from Franconia, Germany. We call it a “Toasty Winter Lager”.
This winter lager is a strong, rich malt with a firm hop character. If you’re someone who loves the malty sweetness of our Oktoberfest, this one will be right in your wheelhouse. On the back end, expect notes caramel, roasted malts, and dark fruit.
This is the kind of dark lager that pairs perfectly with cold nights, big coats, and a crackling fireplace.
